A private explorer advancing its own projects and investing alongside partners — across the Connors Arc and Drummond Basin of Central Queensland, and a fast-growing footprint in PNG.
Ellenkay Gold finds and backs prospective ground — running its own exploration, and investing alongside listed and private partners to move projects forward across two jurisdictions.
Ellenkay Gold is a private exploration company — active in its own exploration and investing alongside other private companies to advance gold and copper projects across Australia and Papua New Guinea. We also hold minority positions in ASX-listed companies, and provide our exploration expertise directly into one of them.
In 2020 we entered Farm-In Agreements with ASX-listed Far East Gold over four Queensland licences — Mt Clark West, Hill 212, Blue Grass Creek and Reedy Creek — where Far East Gold continues to explore for gold and copper. More recently we acquired the 100%-owned Mt Donald project, and are actively exploring it for gold.
And we're building a presence in Papua New Guinea as a 50% shareholder alongside another private explorer, with five applications in place — more than 2,000 km² — expected to be granted across the second half of 2026 and first half of 2027.
Six Queensland permits across the Connors Arc and Drummond Basin — one held outright, the rest advanced with Far East Gold — plus an expanding PNG pipeline.
