Ellenkay Gold is building a presence in Papua New Guinea as a 50% shareholder alongside another private explorer. Five applications are in place — together covering more than 2,000 km² — which we expect to be granted across the second half of 2026 and the first half of 2027.
It's ground our team is well placed to advance: PNG is where much of our exploration ambition is now focused, and where director Ken Crichton brings direct operating experience from Newcrest's Lihir gold mine.
